Evening Route Adjustments For The Holidays
For the Ridgeliner, Meteor, Bullet, and Rocket lines only

At Boxcar, we strive for the most convenient commuting service in and out of Manhattan, and during the holiday season we are making the changes to do just that. With the surge in shoppers and Rockefeller Christmas tree viewers, Boxcar will be running an abbreviated route focused on getting you home and out of the city with as minimal delays as possible.
Starting next Monday, November 27th, we will be eliminating the Bergdorf’s and Zara pickup points in order to avoid the most congested area of 5th Avenue during the holiday season only. The buses will begin the departure route from Sephora, then make their usual stops at Grace Building and Dallas BBQ before heading out of the city.
For those who normally board at Bergdorf’s and Zara, the only evening pick up points will be as follows:
- Sephora (580 5th Ave -on 5th, north of 47th)
- Grace Building ( 41 W 42nd St - Directly outside the Grace Building on 42nd, between 5th and 6th)
- Dallas BBQ (241 W 42nd St - Dallas BBQ Restaurant, between 7th and 8th)
Departure times will be adjusted in the listing by a few minutes so please double check the times when booking.
We feel this change will help to eliminate the severe delays our buses have experienced in the past during the holiday season, resulting in a less stressful commute for both our riders and our drivers.
