Question: What if I am a regular rider and need ADA accessible services?
Answer: For our regular riders, we only need 24 hours notice to ensure that your bus is ADA accessible. Please inform us of your regular schedule and any accessibility needs so we can make the necessary arrangements within 24 hours of your reservation.

Answer: No, there are no additional costs for requesting an ADA accessible bus or ensuring ADA accessible services for regular riders.

Question: What features are available on the ADA accessible buses?
Answer: Our ADA accessible buses are equipped with features such as wheelchair lifts, priority seating, and additional space for mobility devices to ensure a comfortable and safe ride for all passengers.

Madison: on Kings Rd, outside the Hartley-Dodge Building

Chatham: on the Main St side of the station, just outside the pedestrian tunnel

Westfield: on the north side of the station

Cranford: on the north side of the station

Fanwood: on the north side of the station

Summit: Broad St between Maple & Elm, across the street from the train station

New Providence: Corner of Springfield Ave and Pittsford Way

Berkeley Heights: Outside train station building

Waldwick: Waldwick train station (east side)

Ho Ho Kus: Ho Ho Kus train station (east side)

Ridgewood: Ridgewood train station (east side)

Short Hills: on south side of the station

Millburn: on south side of the station (Essex St)

Maplewood: on south side of station (Dunnell Rd)

South Orange: Corner of Valley St and First St

668 5th Ave - Zara on 5th, north of 52nd. Just past the bus stop (south of bus stop)
580 5th Ave - Sephora on 5th, north of 47th.
41 W 42nd St - Directly outside the Grace Building on 42nd, between 5th and 6th
241 W 42nd St - Dallas BBQ Restaurant, between 7th and 8th.
