Answer: To request an ADA accessible bus, please contact our customer service at least 48 hours in advance of your trip. You can reach us via email at support@boxcar.com, Monday through Friday. For urgent questions, please text (908) 206-4633 between 5am and 8pm to reach a live representative, Monday through Friday.
Question: What if I am a regular rider and need ADA accessible services?
Answer: For our regular riders, we only need 24 hours notice to ensure that your bus is ADA accessible. Please inform us of your regular schedule and any accessibility needs so we can make the necessary arrangements within 24 hours of your reservation.
Question: Are there any additional costs for ADA accessible services?
Answer: No, there are no additional costs for requesting an ADA accessible bus or ensuring ADA accessible services for regular riders.
Question: What features are available on the ADA accessible buses?
Answer: Our ADA accessible buses are equipped with features such as wheelchair lifts, priority seating, and additional space for mobility devices to ensure a comfortable and safe ride for all passengers.
Question: Are your bus stops and stations accessible?
Answer: We strive to ensure that our bus stops and stations are accessible. If you encounter any barriers, please let us know so we can work on improvements.
